Do I need to download an app?+
Nope. Finders just tap the QR with any phone camera — it opens a plain web page. You (the parent) get alerts by email and text.
What happens when someone scans my QR?+
They see a short message from you, a button to let you know where it was found, and a way to message you anonymously. You choose what shows up.
Can my kid’s school use this?+
Yes — schools, camps, churches, and clubs can register an organization account to manage their whole lost & found inventory from one dashboard.
Is my child’s name visible to strangers?+
Only if you opt in. By default, finders see a nickname or just “owner.” We designed this to be COPPA-friendly from day one.
What if I lose the QR tag itself?+
Tags are cheap to replace and you can reprint anytime from your dashboard. Your codes live in the cloud, not just on the sticker.
