2. Description of Service

Boomeraang provides a lost-and-found platform that uses QR code tags to help reunite lost belongings with their owners. The Service includes:

• QR tag registration and management
• Scan notifications and location reporting
• Family member management
• Organization dashboards for schools, churches, and clubs
• An online shop for QR tag products

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Use QR tags for tracking people without their consent
• Upload harmful content or malware

5. QR Tags and Products

QR tags purchased through our shop are non-refundable once activated. You may deactivate and replace tags at any time through your dashboard. Physical products are subject to our standard return policy within 30 days of purchase.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Boomeraang and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Boomeraang is not responsible for the return of lost items. Our Service facilitates connection between finders and owners, but we cannot guarantee that lost items will be returned. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
